the subject heading says it all... im subscribed to the show via itunes,,,i recall rich saying that the show go out on itunes every week, however i dont receive on time...i get two shows at a time every two weeks(((( instead of weekly...
does anybody have the same issue or just me? can anybody tell me what's goibg on?

I get it weekly. You could try unsubscribing and resubscribing. I honestly can't figure out a reason that the show would download that way.
As far as the timeliness after a broadcast, I believe Rich allows most of the broadcasting stations to get through the broadcast before posting it to the podcast on Sundays.

Yes, there is an agreement with AH.fm which means they get a few days exclusivity before the podcast is released.
As far as I know it should be available on iTunes every Friday.

The show goes out on ah.fm on Tuesdays, we have an agreement where the podcast doesn't go out until Friday to give ah.fm a certain amount of exclusivity time on the show....
